To carry out the operation without the card, simply state that the payment will be made via QR Code. Then, access the app (compatible with Android and iOS) and select the “Pay at Point of Sale” option. Next, point the phone’s camera at the code on the terminal screen and enter the password to complete the payment.

Those who use Caixa Tem can also enjoy the convenience of making online purchases using the virtual debit card. To do so, select “Virtual debit card”, choose which one will be used, and press “copy number”.
This way, the transaction proceeds as usual. Simply provide the card information when completing the purchase through the online platform or app. It is worth remembering that the security code is renewed with each use.
