Exclusive service for Ultraviolet customers
Ultraviolet cardholders now have exclusive service available 24 hours a day. A priority queue will be established to resolve urgent issues quickly.
Nutag
This is a great advantage, since with Nutag customers will save time in lines and toll booths by using the digital bank Tag. There will be no need to pay to have the tag, since the charge is made directly to the credit card.
Protection center
Ultravioleta customers will have an area in the app dedicated solely to managing protection and security options.
Free withdrawal
Withdrawing money will now be free on networks 24 hours a day. The number of withdrawals is unlimited.
Family Space
The Family Space will allow customers to share Ultravioleta benefits with their family members. In other words, it will be possible to share an additional card and use the children's account, for example.
Rappi Prime
Card users will have free access to the Rappi Prime program, providing exclusive benefits on delivery services.
Exclusive Ultraviolet App
The app will be visually redesigned for cardholders, featuring an exclusive “My Ultraviolet Benefits” section. In this space, customers will be able to access all of the card’s benefits in a centralized manner.
