How to apply?
INSS policyholders can apply for all automatic benefits entirely online. Therefore, there is no need to go to an agency in person or undergo a medical examination.

First, access the Meu INSS Portal or the Meu INSS application with your login and password;
Then, select the desired benefit, in the “Benefits” tab;
On the next screen, click on the type of benefit you want to request;
Then, answer the system's questions and attach the necessary documents;
Finally, wait for the INSS robot to analyze the report.
In addition, the applicant can also make the request by calling 135. It is possible to track the request directly on the Meu INSS Portal, either on the website or on the app.
To grant the benefit, the system performs an analysis of the applicant's data and comp
with the government's registration databases. If the information is correct and complete, the system automatically grants the benefit.
