Did you know that Santander bank has an internship program? This program is aimed at undergraduate or technology students in their second semester or higher who are available to work four or six hours a day.
You can register directly through page from Santander. In fact, there are two sets of segments for which you can apply: “Wholesale, Finance, Risks and Retail” or “Audit, Legal, People & Ombudsman and Technology”.
Once you are on the indicated website, click on the red “Sign up” button. There are two buttons, one for each group of segments. Choose the one you prefer. All courses are accepted. The vacancies are for the whole of Brazil.

When you click “Sign Up,” you will be redirected to a new page. There, you will see a more detailed description of the internship, as well as its objectives and stages. The development path includes immersion in the company culture and meetings with the bank’s leaders.
To register, click on “Apply” or “Sign up” (depending on which one appears for you). Then, follow the other instructions on the website to complete the process.

The selection process begins with the registration and testing stage. Next, a group dynamic takes place. Next, an assessment with the manager takes place, followed by the admission process and, finally, the start of the internship.
