For Brazilians eligible to receive the benefit, the distribution is scheduled to take place between October 18 and 31. As has been happening since the first half of the year, beneficiaries will have the opportunity to receive payments of R$ 600, but some may receive R$ 650 or more, depending on the profile of the residents of the same household.
So, who are the Brazilians who will receive Bolsa Família in October?
Brazilians who will receive Bolsa Família in October are those who completed the registration verification and had their applications duly authorized by the Ministry of Social Development. They will not be able to receive retroactive payments, but will receive the amount corresponding to the disbursement month.
But what does registration verification mean? The government carries out the process to identify families with irregular status (with outdated data, for example). Thus, upon identifying an irregularity, the Union suspends the benefit for up to 60 days, allowing the beneficiary to update CadÚnico.
Online CadÚnico update: how to proceed?
All beneficiaries need to renew their CadÚnico information whenever changes occur in the family unit. Therefore, it is enough to:
- Access the CadÚnico app (Android or iOS);
- Click “Sign in with gov.br”;
- Log in with the gov.br account;
- Next, select “Registration update by confirmation”;
- Add new information or validate the existing data;
- Finally, confirm the update by clicking “Submit registration”.
