Last Monday (9) the federal government launched the Desenrola Brasil platform, program which promises to renegotiate Brazilians' debts.
Thus, the initiative entered the third stage and should serve people with debts between R$5,000 and R$20,000.
So, if you are part of the group and want to know more details about this new platform, check it out below and clear up your doubts.
How to use the Desenrola Brasil platform?
After accessing your gov.br account, you will need to click on “My Debts” and see which ones are participating in the program. This will provide the user with payment terms: in full or in installments.
Then, the user must choose the bank they wish to use to obtain financing, as well as the installment due date. There is also the option to make a new proposal to the creditor.
Once the payment method has been chosen, the user must confirm their personal details and send the proposal, then wait for the bank to respond. Once this is done, the website asks the user to read the contract and the established conditions.
Payments and discounts
It is important to note that creditors offered an average discount of 83%. In addition, debts between R$ 5 thousand and R$ 20 thousand can only be paid in cash, but those with a lower value have the option of installments.
Phases of Desenrola Brasil
THE program Desenrola Brasil was divided into three different stages to meet the needs of Brazilians. The first of these was the denegation of small-value debts, which focused on people with bank debts of up to R$100.
The second phase of the program targeted individuals with incomes of up to R$20,000 and bank debts with no limit on the amount. In this case, it was necessary to contact the bank directly to renegotiate the amount.
The third stage, which we are currently in, includes those who have an income of up to two minimum wages or those registered with CadÚnico and with debts of up to R$1,000. Therefore, to have access to renegotiation, it is necessary to have an active account with Gov.Br.
An important detail is that to access the platform, the user must have gold or silver certification levels, as well as updated registration data.
