Who Does Not Receive PIS/PASEP

There are specific criteria that determine who is entitled to the PIS/PASEP salary bonus. Among those who do not receive the benefit are:

• Workers Without PIS/PASEP Registration: To receive the salary bonus, it is necessary to be registered in the Social Integration Program (PIS) or the Public Servant Asset Formation Program (PASEP). Therefore, workers who do not have this registration are not entitled to receive it;
• Workers with Income Above the Established Limit: The salary bonus is intended for low-income workers. Therefore, those who have a monthly income above the limit established by the government are not entitled to it benefit;
• Workers with Insufficient Length of Service: To receive the salary bonus, you must have worked under a formal employment contract for at least 30 days in the base year considered. Therefore, workers with insufficient length of service also do not meet the criteria;
• Workers with Inconsistent or Outdated Information: If the worker's registration information is inconsistent or outdated, this may prevent them from receiving the salary bonus. It is important to keep the data updated with the employer and the responsible authorities.
