Bolsa Família is the Federal Government's income transfer program. This is a benefit intended for low-income families in situations of social vulnerability. But after all, do you know what the Bolsa Família Supplementary Benefit is?

Basically, this benefit serves as a guarantee. The fundamental benefit of Bolsa Família is the Citizenship Income Benefit, paid to all family members, in the amount of R$$ 142 per person.

The Supplementary Benefit, however, serves in the event that the Citizen Income does not reach the total of R$ 600. This is because it was determined that, in 2023, this is the minimum monthly amount that each family must receive.
