Beneficiary groups see advantages in recent changes to Bolsa Família
This month, important updates to the Bolsa Família program came to light. We recently observed two early benefit releases for specific groups. However, it is essential to emphasize that early payment only applies to families living in cities with unified payments, with availability scheduled for next Tuesday, the 18th.
On the other hand, families in areas that are not experiencing a state of emergency should not expect the deposit on a single date. Therefore, constant monitoring of the Bolsa Família calendar is essential to avoid missing deadlines.
Bolsa Família: Recent changes and information about the July payment
Next Tuesday, July 18, Bolsa Família will begin releasing benefits to the millions of beneficiaries spread across the country. As usual, families can determine the withdrawal date based on each person's Social Identification Number (NIS).
In July, only four additional payments will be made, unlike in June. This is because the Gas Aid supplement will not be released. However, beneficiaries can rest assured, as the total benefit amount will be deposited normally in August.

What are the Bolsa Família amounts in 2023?
Bolsa Família has undergone recent updates, bringing a range of benefits to its beneficiaries, specified as follows:
- Citizenship Income Benefit: provides R$ 142 for each family member, regardless of age.
- Complementary Benefit: If the Citizenship Income does not reach R$ 600, the government makes up the difference.
- Early Childhood Benefit: Provides assistance of R$ 150 for families with children aged 0 to 6.
- Family Variable Benefit: Families with pregnant women and/or children and young people aged 7 to 18 receive R$ 50.
Why did these changes occur?
These changes aim to ensure efficient distribution of resources, meeting the needs of the beneficiary groups. It is essential for families to keep track of payment dates and stay up to date on the amounts, for the proper use of the benefits.
Bolsa Família continues to be an essential tool in the fight against poverty and the promotion of social inclusion, providing financial support to vulnerable families throughout Brazil. The government's commitment to improving the program and ensuring support for the most disadvantaged segments of the population remains unchanged.

In addition to having updated data in the Cadastro Único, not being blocked by the program's control system, and having a monthly per capita income of R$ 218, families receiving Bolsa Família must meet certain conditions:
- Keep vaccination records up to date;
- Ensure children’s school attendance by presenting proof of enrollment;
- Participate in social and educational campaigns for children in child labor situations.
These rules ensure better distribution of the benefit and contribute to improving the quality of life of the families who need it most.
