In July, Bolsa Família recipients will have the chance to access their benefits digitally using their CPF. This feature aims to provide greater convenience for those registered.
Thanks to an intuitive system, it is possible to avoid long waits for in-person assistance, as well as prevent large crowds during payment days.
Next, explore our report and learn all the details about accessing Bolsa Família via CPF.
How can you check Bolsa Família using your CPF?
The Federal Government offers several channels for accessing Bolsa Família. Thus, recipients can choose the method they prefer. The implementation of digital channels is an initiative that seeks to simplify the lives of those registered, providing faster service.
There are two main ways to check the benefit using your CPF. The first is through the Caixa Citizen Portal. Through it, people can check a variety of welfare and employment benefits.

To access the portal, the recipient can log in with their Caixa Tem account information. Another option is to access it using their CPF and the password registered with the Caixa Citizen Portal itself.
Thus, participants can verify all the information about the social benefits they receive in the system.
In addition, it is also possible to check through the CadÚnico website or app. For a complete check, simply log in with your CPF and Gov.br password. However, it is also possible to perform a basic check with simple data, including your full name and date of birth.
Bolsa Família recipients must update CadÚnico to ensure continued benefit payments
It is widely known that, to benefit from Bolsa Família, it is necessary to register with CadÚnico. Therefore, the head of the household should go to the nearest CRAS (Social Assistance Reference Center) to register.
However, after the benefit is approved, families need to pay attention to the rules to continue receiving it. In this regard, one of the main rules is to keep CadÚnico updated.
This is because the registration is how the government can access Brazilian families' data to direct them to assistance programs. Basically, there are two situations in which an update is necessary:
- Whenever there is any change in the family's information, such as address, income, number of members, telephone number, among other data;
- Every two years, even if there is no change in the household's information.
It is crucial that beneficiaries pay attention to updating CadÚnico, as failure to comply with the rule may result in Bolsa Família being blocked.
Conditionalities
In addition to updating the CadÚnico registration, the Federal Government has also established conditionalities to ensure the continuity of Bolsa Família. These are other rules that must also be followed to prevent the benefit from being blocked.
See what they are:
- Updating the vaccination card of children, adolescents and pregnant women;
- Children between 4 and 5 years old must have a minimum school attendance rate of 60%;
- Children aged 6 and over must have a minimum school attendance rate of 75%;
- Pregnant women must attend prenatal care;
- Nutritional monitoring of women and children up to 7 years old must be carried out.
