CadÚnico Campaign in THIS city

This Saturday (28) the city of Belo Horizonte will carry out an action so that people can update their CadÚnico data. Thus, the initiative was called Bolsa Família and D-Day Single Registry

In addition to updating registration data, new families can also go to the location to register for the social program. See below all the details of this action that will take place in the capital of Minas Gerais.

About the CadÚnico action

According to José Crus, deputy secretary and undersecretary of Social Welfare, the city currently has 45 action points for updating CadÚnico. These points operate daily, but the idea of D-Day is for families to be able to plan in advance so they can participate.

Furthermore, according to him, the action will also focus on combating fake news related to the subject, by clarifying the population's doubts.

The action is expected to be successful, since more than 60 thousand families in Belo Horizonte need to update their CadÚnico data. Of this number, more than 37 thousand have already been called by the city government for the 2023 Cadastral Review and urgently need to update their information, or they will run the risk of losing the benefit.

CadÚnico crowdfunding

Belo Horizonte is not the only city that will have an action to encourage people to update their registration data. This is because throughout the month of October other Brazilian regions carried out collective efforts update.

Thus, as with the action in BH, the idea is that families have time to plan and take with them all the necessary documents and clarify any doubts. It is important to keep CadÚnico data updated, since it is the system that gives access to all social benefits from the federal government.

What data is recorded in the system?

It is important to highlight that the data is stored for a single purpose: to find out which families need social assistance. Therefore, CadÚnico stores the following family data:

  • Household information;
  • Income;
  • Education;
  • Possible deficiencies;
  • Data such as belonging to Traditional and Specific Population Groups;
  • Monthly expenses;
  • Personal data of each member.
