Previously, Caixa Elo Nanquim cardholders had the benefit of unlimited access to airport VIP lounges. However, the policy has been modified by the card network, directly affecting card users.

Therefore, the financial institution made an announcement on its official website, signaling the end of this benefit. As a result, Elo Nanquim cardholders will no longer have unlimited access to VIP lounges at airports in Brazil.

In addition, Elo initially reduced the benefit, which is expected to stop offering the service to customers. Thus, Caixa now guarantees its customers access twice a year for domestic and international travel.

The Priority Pass program guarantees cardholders access to VIP lounges at airports in Brazil. However, since last week, the card network has been announcing a reduction in the service's coverage.

What was previously offered to customers as 4 accesses to these areas should now be something provided by Caixa itself. Thus, the financial institution announced the end of the card network's coverage and announced coverage provided by them to offer the service exclusively.

“2 free visits per cardholder granted by CAIXA to Priority Pass VIP lounges, upon presentation of the card, Domestic and International Travel, Simply present the card at the entrance.”, according to the financial institution's official website information.
