How will the new points program work?
McDonald's new partnership with Mastercard works as follows: the customer accumulates 100 points for every R$1 spent on purchases. Once this is done, it is possible to exchange the points for products from the restaurant via Order and Collect or McDelivery.
For example, if the customer accumulates 30 thousand points, he can exchange them for:

Node website At McDonald's, you can check all the rules and products available to exchange for points. Therefore, to participate, you must register on the McDonald's app and before making a purchase on the restaurant, you must present the QR Code or provide your CPF.
If you order through the app or through Peça e Retire, points are automatically awarded. To redeem points, you can go to the Meu Méqui tab in the app and check the available products.
About Mastercard's partnership with the fast food chain
As Magdalena Gonzales, the fast food chain's chief technology officer, pointed out, this partnership is in line with the brand's innovation strategy. This is because they invest heavily in technology and aim to prioritize customer experience.
She also highlights that counting on Mastercard's good performance was essential for the project, as the company offered an ideal points tool to strengthen the relationship between customers and the restaurant.
In this way, there is complete engagement with consumers, who, according to the card brand, are always looking for personalized promotions.
