Investments: what are Brazilians looking for?

The Yubb search engine, as reported by UOL, has once again published its list of the investments most sought after by Brazilians. Yubb regularly updates its ranking, thus allowing consumers to stay up to date with market trends. The figures mentioned here refer to July 2023.

One point worth highlighting is the increased demand for alternatives in variable income investments. This, as pointed out by UOL, may be linked to the Selic rate – the economy’s benchmark interest rate – which fell from 13.75% to 13.25% at the beginning of August, and after further cuts, currently stands at 12.75% per year (October 31, 2023).

Complete ranking of the most sought-after investments

As the most sought-after options of all, CDBs – Bank Deposit Certificates – have continued to rise since 2022, according to information from Yubb. This is an investment type commonly offered by financial institutions, with the returns generated varying depending on the bank.

Next are the so-called “Multimarket Funds”. These options allow investors to allocate their capital to various asset classes, such as stocks or Fixed Income. Therefore, the risk of the funds may also vary.

Check out below the complete ranking compiled by Yubb of the investments that attract the most attention from Brazilians.
