Recently, the Santa Catarina Development Agency (Badesc) launched the Emergency Pronampe. This program offers a special line of credit for entrepreneurs impacted by the climate disaster in Santa Catarina. In this way, the contribution per area can reach the value of R$150,000.
The program aims to support entrepreneurs in rebuilding their businesses and strengthen the state's financial flow. In addition, the government of Santa Catarina will implement other actions to help those affected by climate adversities. See more information below.

Badesc introduces initiative for entrepreneurs
Badesc revealed that Pronampe Emergencial will focus on owners of micro, small and medium-sized businesses. As stated by Badesc president Ari Rabaiolli, the main motivation behind the initiative is to enable entrepreneurs to quickly rebuild their projects. However, this will be done through a loan with fixed rates, with half of the amount subsidized by the government.

From this perspective, the amount allocated to each segment can range from R$20,000 to R$150,000, and the entrepreneur will have 48 months to pay it off. The proposed amount is intended for the renewal of stocks, acquisition of professional equipment and economic revitalization of the region.
Additionally, the implementation of Pronampe awaits the State Government Decree to be activated. After authorization, interested parties will be able to register through the Badesc website.

In short, through the Recupera Santa Catarina Program, the state aims to support not only entrepreneurs, but the affected community as a whole. Some of the measures include:
- Postponement of Detran dates;
- Option to pay outstanding bills in installments;
- Temporary ban on interruption of water and electricity services;
- Financial support for smaller municipalities;
- Decrease in values on damaged properties.
To claim any assistance from state or municipal agencies, citizens must submit a request on official platforms, presenting proof of damage caused by the bad weather. Ultimately, the confirmation certificate is provided by the local Civil Defense.
