The Central Bank (BC) has a system designed exclusively for you to check if there is money forgotten in your name in banking institutions throughout Brazil. This is the System of Receivables (SVR).
Anyone can access the page from the SVR to make inquiries on your CPF or CNPJ (and even on the CPF/CNPJ of a deceased person). The website will then inform you if there are amounts to be withdrawn in that person's name.
However, is it possible to make these withdrawals directly through the Central Bank website? How can I get this money back?

Logging into the Central Bank website
After making the query, you must access the SVR page using your Gov.br account to log in. The Gov.br portal belongs to the Federal Government and allows citizens to access a series of services digitally.

It is important to mention that a silver or gold level account is required to be authorized to carry out operations involving bank secrecy.
Once you have accessed your account, look for the option “My Amounts Receivable”. Then you will be able to check data such as the name of the institution that must return the amount, the amount to be returned, and more. Then it is time to make the request.
Requesting the money
There are two possibilities. The system may have the option “Request here”. If this is the case, you must enter a Pix key and your personal data in the indicated field. In this case, you will receive the amount within 12 business days.
In other cases, this option may not be available. If this is the case, you will need to contact the bank or company directly that must make the payment.
