Banco Inter is a digital financial institution with millions of customers in Brazil. Among the many functions that the bank offers is Doutor Inter, an online medical clinic service. In total, it covers 20 specialties.
By subscribing to a monthly plan for R$$4.90, you can schedule and carry out teleconsultations at affordable prices, as well as guarantee discounts at laboratories, pharmacies and more. Digital consultations can be either emergency care or scheduled care with a medical team.
You can schedule appointments at any time. Simply access the Inter app, access the Doutor Inter section and schedule your appointment. Payment for appointments is made by debit or credit card, as registered at the time of contracting.

How to schedule an online appointment with Doutor Inter?
First, enter the Super App (Android or iOS). If you do not have an Inter account, you will need to register. Only customers can use Doutor Inter. Then, when you are in the app, tap the “Doutor Inter” icon on the home screen.

Then, it's time to hire the service (as already mentioned, the cost is R$$4.90 per month). Finally, just select the specialty to schedule the appointment or request Emergency Care.
How much do consultations cost?
Doctor Inter serves, above all, as a service that makes consumers' lives easier with the convenience it offers. However, these are private consultations, carried out by professionals accredited by Conexa Saúde, as explained by Inter on its website.
This means that in addition to the monthly fee of R$$4.90, the contractor also pays for each consultation separately (with the discounts offered by the plan). See the consultation fees below, according to the Inter website:
- Emergency teleconsultations with a general practitioner: R$50.90;
- Teleconsultations with specialist doctors: R$77.00;
- Teleconsultations with Nutritionists and session with Psychologists: R$ 46.90.
