Desenrola Brasil is a new program of the federal government that aims to renegotiate citizens' debts. The project is currently in its third phase, which is negotiating debts of up to R$1,000,400.
Thus, rural producers will now have the opportunity to negotiate their debts. Finance Minister Fernando Haddad announced the news last Monday (23), after a meeting with Paulo Teixeira, Minister of Agrarian Development and Family Farming.
Renegotiation of family farmers' debts
According to the Finance Minister, Teixeira had requested a program focused on family farmers. Haddad, however, highlighted that Desenrola Brasil cannot be used at this time, since it is in its third phase.

Despite this, the minister promised to extend the tool to include family farmers. In other words, at least at this time the option is not available, but it is expected that these people will soon be able to renegotiate what they owe like other Brazilians.
What are the phases of Desenrola Brasil?
As mentioned before, the program is in a new phase, in which people with debts of up to R$5,000 can renegotiate their debts. Before this phase, two others took place, the first of which focused on small-value debts, such as bank debts of up to R$100.

The second phase of the project covered individuals with income of up to R$20,000 in banks. In this phase, the consumer had to contact the bank directly to negotiate.
It is worth noting that the platform Desenrola Brasil is now available and you must be registered on the gov.br portal with silver or gold level to access it. Once this is done, you must choose the company or financial institution registered in the program to make the proposal.
Payments can be made via Pix, bank slips, in cash or in installments, depending on the amount. So, if you are in debt, don't miss this opportunity, since discounts are amazing.
