Desenrola Brasil is a program from the Federal Government that allows Brazilians to renegotiate their debts. So, if you are one of the approximately 32.5 million consumers to be covered by the second phase of the program, pay attention!
This is because to know if the debt was contemplated in the renegotiation phase, the debtor must have a gold or silver level account on the Portal. Gov.br.
Therefore, access to the website should happen this week or at the beginning of the next week of the month.

Between September 25 and 27, discount auctions took place, covering companies that offered the largest discounts. The FGO (Operations Guarantee Fund) offered R$1.4T 8 billion in aid.
According to the Ministry of Finance's balance sheet, released last Friday (29), companies offered R$126 billion in discounts. In other words, the average debt reduction was R$831 billion.

This percentage exceeded the government's expectations, which expected an average discount of only 58%. The auction discounts were:
- R$ 59 billion for debts of R$ 5 thousand;
- R$ 68 billion for debts between R$ 5 thousand and R$ 20 thousand.
It is worth noting that the highest average discount value reached 96%, for credit card companies.
Which companies participated in the auction?
At the beginning of the program 924 creditors voluntarily joined the initiative, however, only 709 participated in the debt update process. Of the total, only 654 participated in the auctions.
Thus, creditor companies are divided into nine different sectors, which are:
- Retail;
- Energy;
- Financial services;
- Securitization companies;
- Education;
- Water and sanitation;
- Micro and small business;
- Energy;
- Telecommunication.

To access the Gov.br portal, you must use the federal government services portal login. It is worth noting that the site has security levels, which is why only silver or gold users can access it.
