Renegotiation facilities and conditions
In addition to the discounts offered, the program allows customers to pay off their debts in up to 60 monthly installments, with no down payment, facilitating consumers' financial restructuring. The main conditions for renegotiating FIES include discounts of 12% for paying off the outstanding balance in full for debts that are 0 to 90 days overdue, and repayment options for debts that are more than 90 days overdue. These measures are essential to help students start 2024 with better financial planning and continued access to education.
