Desenrola Brasil Program Balance. The program has already finalized agreements totaling R$11.7 billion, according to the latest information from the Ministry of Finance. To date, more than 800 companies have signed up to negotiate their clients' financial debts.
Since the program was launched, it has benefited 1.25 million account holders with the restructuring of 1.6 million debt contracts.
According to the Genial/Quaest survey from August, more than 701% of Brazilian citizens approve of Desenrola Brasil. The initiative has already helped more than six million Brazilians to regularize their finances, removing 10 million records of outstanding debts of up to 100 reais from their records.

Desenrola Brasil Updates
Scope: Data from Febraban indicate that negotiations concluded so far have focused on Band 2 of the program, intended for those earning between two minimum wages and R$20,000 per month. From July 17, the date the program was launched, until September 1, it has helped 1.25 million account holders renegotiate 1.6 million debt contracts.

New Opportunities: Creditor companies that wish to participate in Desenrola’s Faixa 1 can register now. The third phase, aimed at renegotiating debts of citizens with incomes of up to two minimum wages or registered in the Single Registry, begins with approval from the National Treasury.
In this context, companies with outstanding debts from banks, sanitation companies, retailers and energy distributors, among others, can register on the Creditor Portal. In addition, it is essential to keep data updated on the gov.br portal, having silver or gold certifications.
Renegotiation Terms: Debts that can be included in the negotiation are those incurred up to December 31, 2022, in the amount of up to R$1,400,000. This includes both bank and non-bank debts, such as household bills, education and general purchases.

Program Objective: The main purpose of Desenrola Brasil is to help 70 million Brazilians in debt. According to President Lula, this is an extraordinary movement that will allow people to once again actively participate in the economy, freeing themselves from smaller debts.
Track Details: Band 1 serves those who earn up to R$2,640 per month or are registered with CadÚnico. Band 2, on the other hand, initially served 1.5 million people with debts up to R$100 and is now expanding to benefit even more Brazilians. The second phase of Band 2 serves those in debt with banks and registered as debtors between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2022.
