This means 24-hour emergency support, automatically activated Street Mode, and the right to up to R$30,000 in reimbursement for unauthorized transactions.

Family Space members are also entitled to free and unlimited withdrawals at Banco24horas and Saque e Pague ATMs. In addition, Ultravioleta customers can also request an additional card with all the benefits of the cardholder.
Add people to Family Space
To add members to the Family Space, first of all, you need to access the digital bank application, Android or iOS. Then click on your profile picture and in the main menu, select the “Family Space” option.
Then, you click on “Accept and activate” to agree to the terms of service. Then you can click on “Add members”, entering the CPF of the person you want to invite.
