App difficulties cause concern among users
Recently, the Caixa Tem app has been the target of criticism from Bolsa Família program beneficiaries. They report that the app has been blocked on several occasions.
According to Caixa Econômica, the block is justified as a preventive measure to stop possible fraud. However, many users claim that their apps are blocked even though they have not carried out any suspicious activity.
Here are some possible reasons for the block:
- Registration of multiple CPFs;
- Exceeding the account's monthly transaction limit, which is R$ 5 thousand;
- Inconsistencies in the registration details;
- Suspected fraud or violation of Caixa Tem's terms of use;
- Using the same CPF on different devices.
But how can the Caixa Tem block be resolved?
The system has proven to be quite consistent, and this can lead to blocks. To unblock the application, if this occurs, the user must follow the instructions below:
- Download the Caixa Tem application, available for iOS and Android devices;
- Log in to your account;
- In the menu, select the “Release Access” option;
- Immediately afterward, an automatic assistance system will be displayed on the screen;
- Click on the available link, which will take you to WhatsApp;
- Follow the instructions and send the requested documents to unblock the application.
Confirmation of the unblocking may take up to 48 hours. If it is not possible to complete the process online or if the problem is more serious, it is necessary to go to a bank branch. In this situation, the unblocking period is also up to 48 hours.
R$ 1 thousand made available to a group of beneficiaries through Caixa Tem
The Bolsa Família program has undergone important changes in recent months. Currently, families benefiting from the program are entitled to a minimum payment of R$ 600, aiming to ensure that each family member has access to a minimum amount of R$ 142.
Additionally, extra benefits are being provided, such as an additional R$ 150 for families with children up to six years old. An extra amount of R$ 50 is also being offered for children, adolescents aged 7 to 18, and pregnant women.
It is crucial to highlight that Bolsa Família benefits are cumulative. Thus, families with more than one member who meets the criteria may receive a monthly amount of up to R$ 1,000.
