Beneficiaries can also seek more details by calling Caixa Cidadão at 0800 726 02 07. The minimum payment is R$600, with an additional R$150 for families with children under six years old.
Recently, the Federal Government added other benefits to Bolsa Família: R$50 for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and family members aged 7 to 18. Thus, in certain situations, the amount can reach up to R$900.

Regularly, the program begins payments during the last ten days of the current month. Thus, for August, payments begin on August 18 and continue through August 31. To determine the exact date, check the Social Identification Number (NIS).
