To find out if you have any amounts to receive, the process is simple and completely online. Access the Central Bank website, where you will find the option “Amounts Receivable“. After entering the section, you must enter your CPF or CNPJ to perform the query. If there are funds available, the system will provide instructions for redemption.

Procedure for redemption

If you find amounts owed, the next step is to withdraw them. The Central Bank provides a clear and secure procedure for this. First, you must indicate an account in your name at any bank to transfer the amount. After indicating the account, the amount is transferred within 12 business days. It is important to note that the service is free and does not require intermediaries.
