On the morning of last Monday, November 27, Bradesco customers reported on X (Twitter) problems with their accounts at the bank. users stated that their balances were zeroed and even negative from one moment to the next.
Bradesco, in fact, even made a statement on social media, sending a standard message to internet users: “We are aware and the incident will be resolved soon. Please access your account later.” Soon after, the bank contacted the press to explain the problem.
As he claimed, there was a problem processing the current account balance of a limited group of bank customers. Despite guaranteeing that the situation would return to normal soon, one day later, on November 28, complaints on social media continued.

Users still report problems
Apparently, Bradesco has not yet been able to resolve the instability on the platform. Posts report money disappearing even after 24 hours. “Yesterday they put a balance that wasn’t mine and today they took a balance that was mine,” wrote one user.
Bradesco continues to use its automated system to respond to complaints. The standard response, however, is now as follows: “We inform you that any discrepancies that may have occurred in your balance on today’s date have been regularized. We apologize again for the inconvenience and any charges will be refunded.”
Problems with Bradesco accounts
Complaints included zero balances, negative balances and, in some cases, the addition of previously non-existent money. The problem began early in the morning of the 27th.
The website Downdetector, a platform that identifies offline services and websites, recorded a peak in complaints about the Bradesco app at around seven in the morning.
