Renewal of Registration in Bolsa Família
Updating the registration upon confirmation is only available to the Family Representative (RF) with a completed family record. The process includes three phases:
- Check the data in the “Family Address” section.
- Validate the information in the “Family Composition” section.
- Finally, check the Cadastro Único data.
It is important to note that this update only occurs if the information remains unchanged. If anything needs to be changed, it will not be possible through the app or website.
Checking the August Benefit
Caixa’s Citizen Portal allows you to check the final and individual amount of each benefit released, including Bolsa Família. In addition, the platform allows you to view other benefits, such as Vale Gás and the salary bonus.
To check their information, the beneficiary must access the Citizen Portal and log in with their CPF. The password is the same one used for applications such as Caixa Trabalhador or Bolsa Família. If they have never used these platforms, they will need to register.
The website shows the overall status of your Bolsa Família, from a blocked installment to whether it is under review. See what each status means:
- Green icon: installment ready for withdrawal.
- Yellow icon: installment withheld.
