Caixa is delivering new Bolsa Família cards to a specific group of customers. Find out who will receive the benefit and how it will be possible to obtain the card through the services offered.
The state-owned financial institution responsible for access to government benefits is implementing a new service. Through it, the delivery of cards for using Bolsa Família services is being directed to the Indigenous population of Bonfim (RR).

The delivery of these cards, which provide access to the funds, will be carried out through the Caixa Truck, making it easier for people who are unable to go to a physical branch of the institution.
How the process will work
Caixa’s mobile service unit will be parked at Av. São Sebastião, s/n, starting July 1, at the well-known Praça dos Esportes. In addition, it will be operating from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on business days.

This specific stop is the tenth on an extensive list that has already included several other locations in Roraima, such as Amajari, Boa Vista, Cantá, Caracaraí, Mucajaí, Normandia, Rorainópolis, and São Luis.
Now, the mobile unit’s new stop is in the municipality of Bonfim, where the first services were provided. Thus, Bonfim once again benefits from Missão Caixa in the state of Roraima.

This action is part of the protocol established between the financial institution and the Ministry of Development and Social Assistance, Family and the Fight Against Hunger (MDS). The objective is to offer specialized assistance to Indigenous populations in Roraima and Amazonas.
The organization provides employees to offer exclusive assistance to these populations in Brazil. In addition, it delivers CAIXA Digital Social Savings debit cards, provides guidance on their use, and registers passwords for access to the services.
