Documents required to register for Bolsa Família:
To receive Bolsa Família, the first step is to register with the Cadastro Único at a Centro de Referência de Assistência Social (CRAS) unit. It is necessary to present the complete documentation. See below:
Family Representative:
- CPF;
- Voter Registration Card;
- Photo identification document;
- Proof of address or signed declaration of residence.
Other family members:
- CPF;
- Voter Registration Card;
- Birth or Marriage Certificate;
- Identity Card or Work Card.
Enrollment in Bolsa Família by legal representatives:
In some situations of social vulnerability, families may have a legal representative to enroll in the Cadastro Único and receive Bolsa Família.
