Are you a Nubank Ultravioleta customer? If so, your experience as a Nubank user has changed! That's because the digital bank's app has undergone some updates for Ultravioleta customers and now has some new features.
In addition to the change in design (the app's main screen is now the same shade of purple as the Ultravioleta card), the app features exclusive areas, which include the sections “My Ultravioleta benefits”, “Family Space” and the “Protection Center”.
The “Exclusive Service Area” for Ultraviolet users is now also available. This service is human and prioritized. However, there is no need to worry about getting lost: the main functions remain in the same places.

The “My Ultravioleta benefits” section, which is highlighted in the new app configuration, includes all the advantages that Ultravioleta customers have access to. This includes, as published by Nubank, “such as cashback, insurance and partnerships”.
The “Family Space” section is a new feature that allows customers to add up to four people (family members) so that they have access to several benefits of being Ultraviolet with you.

To become an Ultravioleta customer, there is no need to prove a minimum income, but you must undergo a credit analysis. This analysis, according to Nubank, is automatic and carried out periodically.
