In this notice, we are advising families to check their obligations to ensure the continuation of Bolsa Família assistance throughout this second half of the year. These requirements include health and education criteria which, when met, ensure the continuation of monthly payments.
In terms of healthcare, pregnant women must undergo prenatal monitoring. Those who have not yet started this process should go to the nearest healthcare facility and identify themselves as members of the scheme.
For children, keeping their vaccination schedule up to date is essential. Guardians should review their vaccination records and, if necessary, visit the nearest health facility. Typically, healthcare professionals administer these immunizations until the child turns seven.
Additionally, it is important to mention the guidelines related to education. It is mandatory for children to be enrolled in educational institutions, with those between four and seven years old attending at least 60% of classes. Children over seven must attend at least 75% of classes. The family is responsible for ensuring compliance with this protocol to avoid discontinuation of the benefit.
It is worth emphasizing that the renewed Bolsa Família Program grants an additional R$50 for pregnant women, R$50 for children or adolescents aged seven to eighteen, and R$150 for children under six. However, these additional amounts are released only when the aforementioned requirements are met.
Bolsa Família in August: Payment Schedule
It should be emphasized that several enrollees, for failing to follow the guidelines, had their participation in Bolsa Família canceled in August. Therefore, they will not receive payments in this cycle. On the other hand, those who complied with the guidelines began receiving payments on the 18th and will continue until the 31st. Here is the payment schedule:
- NIS ending in 1 – deposit into the account on August 18
- NIS ending in 2 – deposit into the account on August 21 (funds available on August 19)
- NIS ending in 3 – deposit into the account on August 22
- NIS ending in 4 – deposit into the account on August 23
- NIS ending in 5 – deposit into the account on August 24
- NIS ending in 6 – deposit into the account on August 25
- NIS ending in 7 – deposit into the account on August 28 (funds available on August 26)
- NIS ending in 8 – deposit into the account on August 29
- NIS ending in 9 – deposit into the account on August 30
- NIS ending in 0 – deposit into the account on August 31
