Since the 9th of this month, Energisa has joined the Federal Government's debt renegotiation program; Desenrola Brasil. With this membership, it is now possible to obtain a discount of up to 75%, achieve the settlement of the outstanding amount and recover your credit conditions.
In addition to the large discount, it is possible to pay the debt in installments over up to 60 months and with interest without any major surprises.
Who can apply to the program?
Desenrola Brasil is available to customers who are registered in the Federal Government's Social Program (CadÚnico) or who have an income of up to two minimum wages.
It is worth noting that only debts that were negative in the period from 2019 to 2022 and that the updated value does not exceed R$$20,000.00 can be renegotiated.
How to negotiate through Desenrola Brasil?
Trading is done through the platform Unroll Brazil. Although all access is done online, the process is quick, clear and intuitive.
When accessing the GOV.BR, you need to increase your account level to gold or silver and then you will be able to access the Desenrola Brasil platform.
The platform will show you the status of your debt and the discount offered. Then you can select the debt with the discount granted, the payment method and finalize. Remember that you can pay in full or in installments over up to 60 months and the interest is limited to 1.99% per month.

Desenrola Brasil has arrived to improve the lives of Brazilians, but scammers are taking advantage of the situation and creating websites with the aim of stealing from participants. Knowing this, only sign up through GOV.BR, do not click on links sent by messaging apps, be suspicious of easy and attractive advertisements and do not accept intermediaries in your hiring.
