The number of Minha Casa Minha Vida units has been increasing, which is part of the program's expansion purpose. Thus, this time, Praia Grande, on the coast of São Paulo, will receive the new units. In total, there will be 258 new homes with the aim of filling part of the city's housing deficit.
Recently, another major delivery like this took place in Rio de Janeiro, where the program delivered 17 new plots of land, this time in the Central and North zones of Rio de Janeiro. Thus, these new units will cover Band 1 of the program, that is, families with incomes of up to R$2,640.
