Why has the demand for Minha Casa Minha Vida increased?
It is important to highlight that the changes provided a good scenario for sales and interest in properties. Thus, the construction company Vinx attributes this improvement to the increase in the program's subsidy and also to the increase in the value ceiling for properties in the segment.
In São Paulo, for example, the price range limit rose from R$264,000 to R$350,000. The idea for next year is to increase it even further.
