Desenrola Brasil is a Federal Government initiative that aims to help Brazilians get out of debt. Through the platform It is possible to close agreements and make payments to get rid of outstanding debts.
However, it is worth noting that you must meet certain criteria to be able to negotiate through the Desenrola platform. Firstly, you must have a gross monthly income of up to two minimum wages or be registered in the Single Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government.
Furthermore, it is only possible to negotiate negative debts from 2019 to 2022, and that do not exceed the value of R$ 20 thousand (updated debt).

How to trade through Desenrola Brasil
First, you must log in to the Desenrola Brasil page using your Gov.br account. This is a Brazilian government portal that allows citizens to access a series of online services. To use the platform, your account must be at least silver level.
Right after logging in, you can check your debts. Choose the ones you want to pay off with a discount and then determine the payment method. You can pay in full or finance the installments over up to 60 months.

Payment methods
If you make an installment payment, payment can be made by debit from your current account, bank slip or PIX, as stated on the website. For cash payments, the bank slip and PIX options will be available.
It is worth noting, however, that you will not be able to finance some debts. These are: FIES, rural credit, real estate financing, credits with real guarantees, operations with funding or third-party risk.
