The Receivables System (SVR) is a service provided by the Central Bank that allows citizens to check whether there is money forgotten in their name in banks and other institutions. By accessing the page from SVR, you can make a query on your CPF or CNPJ.
In addition to the query, you also need to log in to the system page with your Gov.br account to obtain information about the company that must pay the amounts. Additionally, in some cases, it is possible to request a refund directly through SVR.
For this to happen, first of all, the institution must have adhered to the Central Bank's Term of Adhesion. You must also have at least one Pix key.

Requesting money through the system
When you log in to the platform, you should then look for the “My Amounts Receivable” tab. There you can consult data such as the name and contact details of the debtor institution, the exact amount to be received and its origin.
You then need to find the “Request here” option. This is the moment to provide your Pix key. If you don’t have one, you can create one or simply opt for the second way to get your money back: speak directly to the bank.
Withdrawing money directly from the institution
If you are unable to withdraw the funds directly through the system, you must contact the institution that must make the payment. You can use the contact methods provided by the SVR. However, there is one point worth noting.
When you request funds through the Central Bank system, there is a 12-business-day deadline for the refund to occur. On the other hand, when you make contact outside the platform, there is no such deadline.
