But after all, how do you know if the creditor company that registered your debt is participating in the initiative? According to the Desenrola Brasil website, there are more than 600 companies, including banks, retailers and electricity distributors, participating in the program.
To search for a specific company, simply access the platform and, at the top of the screen, click on the “Participating companies” option. Then, scroll down and in the search field, enter the name of the company in question to check if it is participating.

How to trade through the Desenrola Brasil platform
Consumers who fit into the so-called “Band 1” can negotiate through the Desenrola platform. To do so, it is necessary to:
- Be an Individual customer with a gross monthly income of up to two minimum wages or be registered in the Single Registry;
- Having been negative from 2019 to 2022;
- That the updated value of the debt is less than R$ 20 thousand.
Anyone who meets the mandatory criteria can log in to the platform to trade.

Since it is a government website, you must access it using your Gov.br account. The Gov.br portal is an electronic service of the Federal Government with which you can make various requests online. Click here to learn more about Gov.br.
