How do I settle my debt through Caixa?
This negotiation can be done without leaving home, completely online and securely, through platform from Desenrola Brasil. After logging into your account, look for the “My Debts” option and see what your outstanding debts are.
When you open this tab, the payment conditions for your debts will appear, and you must choose. Read the information and agree to the terms of use to complete the process.
About Desenrola Brasil
As mentioned before, Desenrola Brasil is a new platform that offers great discount conditions. The program is currently in its third phase, which covers debts of up to R$1,000 for those who earn up to two minimum wages or are part of CadÚnico.
Payments may vary depending on the value of each debt. Those with debts of up to R$1,000 will have the opportunity to divide them, as long as the installments are less than R$1,000.
In addition, the first installment of the renegotiation is due 30 days after signing the contract. See below for other payment options
